WE ARE COMMITTED TO THE ENVIRONMENT

Our team is fully committed to the environment and we trek with responsibility, respecting flora, fauna, culture and traditions.

We try to avoid consuming products that produce waste. That’s why we avoid drinking bottled water during the treks. Thousands of plastic bottles get in the mountains carried by porters and it is a great work to remove the plastic from the regions without easy transportation access. Our practice consists of purifying the water from natural sources or tap water from lodges (that comes directly from natural sources). The method of purification is boiled water or purification pills. Other methods are possible and clients are free to supply their own water purification method.

Environment Protection

We care about protecting the natural resources and the ecosystem. That's why we walk fully conscious of our surroundings and understand nature.

Leave No trace

Walk on the path and protect the vegetation. Take your rubbish with you or dispose it in designated places. Leave what you find. Be considered of others.

Social Responsibility

The Health, Safety and Welfare of all our staff is extremely important. We follow the general guidelines of the Porter and Guide Community.

Respect Wildlife

Don't kill, don't mistreat, don't provoke, don't feed. Feeding wild animals is terrible to develop their natural instincts and can lead into an aggressive behaviour.

Plastic Free

We take very seriously the environment. Don't use plastic. Come with refillable water bottle, use soap bar, don't accept disposable cutlery. Live plastic free.

Fair Prices

We make sure our guides and porters are paid a fair price. Our commitment is to support a fair market. We extremely value the service quality of our professional staff.

Education

We are fully committed to provide regular training to all our internal staff to develop and raise environmental awareness as well as gain abilities to be friendly with it.

Culture and Tradition

We strongly believe on the culture of integration and we learn and understand our surroundings to adapt and preserve the culture of the place we visit.
