Álvaro was born in Barcelona and lives in Nepal. He has experience in many regions of the Himalayas for more than a decade. He is a mountain tour leader expert, as well as a tour leader for motorbike tours around the highest roads in the world. He is a lover of Asian culture and religions and a big lover of nature.
He is curious and studies the different ethnic groups that live in this special part of the world. He is totally adjusted to this environment and the Himalayan mountains are where Álvaro feels most comfortable.
As per all InspireU Adventures Team philosophy, his mission is to take you to one of the most beautiful places on this Earth so you can enjoy a unique life experience.
Álvaro also manages an NGO in which he carries on international cooperation projects in the rural communities of Nepali mountain regions. Ie. construction of earthquake-proof school buildings, educational programs for kids, and professional educational programs for adults as well as humanitarian assistance in emergency situations.
He speaks Spanish, Catalan, English, and Nepali.

She studied two degrees, and she dedicated the first 10 years of her professional career as an Event Manager working in the biggest venues in Barcelona and London. Being her passion the mountains, since she discovered the Himalayas in Nepal, she has been dedicating her time to discover the endless beauty of these mountains, the tradition, language, culture, and gastronomy.
After 5 years dedicated to trek and involved in social projects in Nepal, she saw her dreams come true.
Inspired by nature, and the love of the people in Nepal, she built InspireU Adventures; a trekking and tours organization business that aims for excellence and is focused on inspiring everyone that comes to live an incredible experience.
She has trekked several times numerous Himalayan regions that are now like home for her.
All the team involved in this project has inspired Berta in endless ways, and she aims to transmit the inspiration she received and the power of the Himalayan nature to all people who want to live the experience of their lives.
Berta is involved in many social projects in Nepal, all of them described in detail in the “Committed to help” section.
She loves traveling, climbing, and mountaineering.
She has a special love for gastronomy and for discovering different flavors of different cultures. And her little secret, she is also a jewelry designer and artisan and does beautiful pieces with macramé, gems, stones, and crystals: BeArt.Berta
Originally from Namche Bazar (Everest Region). He is a natural trekker, nature lover and highly skilled in mountaineering and high altitude. Nima has more than 15 years of experience as a trekking guide and has a spectacular deep knowledge of Sagarmatha National Park (Everest Region).
He loves discovering new routes and magic corners away from the crowded paths, and is specialized on surprising you with totally unknown and remote sites full of history, tradition, culture and legends (including true Yeti stories…!). He is involved in many programs within his community to help, support and promote the culture and tradition of the Sherpa region. When he is not trekking he loves spending time with his 2 little boys. He is a master cooking traditional Sherpa food.
From Karikola, a village below Lukla, Jangbu has always been passionate about mountains. He has climbed the highest mountain in the world Everest (8848m) on many occasions and he climbs several times every season peaks like Island Peak (6189m), Himlung (7140m)…
He has great knowledge about mountaineering and with him, one feels safe, at home, and amongst family.
In his free time, he loves hanging out with his friends in Bouddhanath (Katmandu) where he lives. He loves traveling and he has been in several parts of the world.
From Karikola, a village below Lukla, Pasang is an extremely brave woman that has won the respect amongst the Nepali community after years of fight to be able to become a great alpinist. She has climbed Everest (8848m), Yalung Ri Peak, Island Peak, Mera Peak, Ramdung Peak…
Her knowledge and passion for mountains make from our adventure a very special experience.
She has two beautiful daughters and combines her family life with mountain life.
Pol Ferrús is our Tour Leader. He is highly experienced in Langtang Region and has amazing itineraries that no one knows, full of activities and surprises. He knows every villager, every legend and every corner of this region.
Pol lived the earthquake in 2015. At that moment he was in Langtang National Park, one of the most affected areas in Nepal. Since this experience, he dedicated his life to rebuild and reactivate the life of this region and founded an NGO called LivingNEPAL. Nepal has become his second home.
Pol speaks fluently five languages: Spanish, Catalan, English, Italian and Nepali.
One of his passions is rock climbing. And he has opened some sport climbing routes in Langtang Region alongside some other friends, making the region very interesting for those that love rock climbing.

Jordi is our experienced mountain guide with UIMLA international accreditation. He has the certification of “Wilderness First Responder”, a training that prepares to respond under emergency in remote areas.
He is a person defined as curious and adventurous. Mountain and nature are his passions and his way of living.
He visited Nepal for the first time in 2015 and amongst many intense experiences, the earthquake of 2015 was an experience that left a print on him.
Nepal and Jordi are inseparable. His philosophy: living out of his passions: working in the mountains and discover new places and share his experiences with people that have the same interests.
Jordi is profoundly involved in sustainable and responsible tourism and is a valuable member in the search and study of less exploited and remote regions in Nepal.
He likes writing about his experiences and discoveries. He reads about mountaineering and enjoys carving pieces of wood.
Jono is a natural adventurer and traveler. But most of all, he is specialized on the Nepali Himalayas. He has trekked all over the main regions: Annapurnas, Everest Region and Langtang Region, and has widely explored the most representative Unesco World Heritage sites for years. He has more than 6 years experience in Tour Leading in Nepal and has a great valuable knowledge of Nepali culture and traditions.
He is originally from the United Kingdom, Leicester. After living in Nepal, Jono now lives between Nepal and Spain. He is passioned about music and plays really good the guitar. When he is not in nature, he loves spending time with the woman of his life and his friends. He is passionate about cooking and loves creating new recipes that he has learned all over the world traveling and exploring.
Jono is fully dedicated to many social projects, especially in Nepal, and is committed to helping everyone without ever expecting anything in return. The professionalism and experience of Jono will create amazing experiences and inspire all those who join him.
